How to Setup SMTP for outgoing emails in ERPCA?

How to setup SMTP Configuration?

1.Account Settings>System Configuration

2.Notification Settings>Paste the smtp port and host as shown below.

Also Fill the SMTP login Credentials, Sender Details and Reply to details with Corresponding Email Ids and Entity Name.

3.Open the Gmail >Click on the nine dots and select Account

4.Select Security and Turn the 2 Step Verification On

5.  Scroll down and click on app password and paste your erpca url > click on create

6. Copy the App Password

7. Paste in the ERPCA password section and click on Save

8. Check the gmail inbox and Check the security alert>Click on Check Activity>Click on Yes it was me


9. Finally its done.

    Now just cross check via a test mail through Erpca!
